“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. Now we ask you, brothers, that you recognize those who labor among you and lead you in the Lord, and correct your way of thinking. Regard them beyond measure, bestowing love because of their work. Keep peace among yourselves. We ask you, brothers! Admonish those who step out of line, comfort the fearful, uphold the weak, be patient toward everyone.” πŸ§±πŸ—οΈ (1 Thess 5:11-14)

This fragment is a true **”construction manual”** of a healthy community! Saint Paul looks at us not as a group of accidental people, but as a construction crew on the construction site of the Kingdom of God. Each of us holds a brick in hand, but it depends on us whether we will build from it a wall that divides, or a house that gives shelter. 🏠❀️

Paul points out three key aspects of this “construction”:

1. **Foundation of Respect:** He calls us to appreciate those who take responsibility upon themselves – leaders, pastors, engaged persons. It is not about blind obedience, but about “regarding [them] beyond measure” because of their toil. A good atmosphere starts with gratitude! πŸ™πŸŒŸ

2. **Precise Tools:** Paul knows that each of us is at a different stage. Therefore, he does not give one golden piece of advice for everyone, but speaks of an “individual approach”:

* Those who “cause trouble” (those stepping out) – admonish. ⚠️

* Those who are afraid – comfort. πŸ«‚

* Those who have lost strength – uphold. πŸ’ͺ

3. **Universal Binder – Patience:** At the very end, the most important part falls: “be patient toward everyone.” This is the “cement” without which the whole construction would crumble. Without patience, our admonishing will become aggression, and comforting – a routine. ⏳✨

**Reflection for today:** At what stage of “construction” are the people around you today? πŸ€” Maybe someone next to you needs your “upholding” because they are quietly losing strength? Or maybe it is you who needs patience for yourself today? Remember that building another person is the most beautiful investment you can make. Today, instead of judging – try to add your brick of support. πŸ§±πŸ•ŠοΈ
