“But he was being mutilated because of our shortcomings, massacred for our iniquity, the lash reached him for our reconciliation in His name. By His wounds we have been healed. All of us like sheep have gone astray, each has turned to his own way, and the LORD has delivered Him up for the perversity of us all.” πŸ™ (Isa 53:5-6)

This prophetic fragment from the Book of Isaiah is a vision of the Suffering Servant – the Messiah, who takes our sins upon himself! ✨ He was “mutilated” and “massacred” for our shortcomings and iniquity, His lashing brings reconciliation and healing – “by His wounds we have been healed.” We, like stray sheep, have turned from the path, but the LORD (God) delivered Him up for us all, to save us. This is an announcement of Christ’s sacrifice (1 Pet 2:24) – His suffering for our sins gives us peace and healing of soul and body. In today’s world of pain and guilt, these words bring hope: God did not leave us in error, but sent a Savior to redeem us!

**Reflection for today:** Think about how the Messiah’s sacrifice changes your life – do you accept His healing and reconciliation? πŸ€” Ask God for gratitude for this love – by His wounds you are healed! ❀️ Remember, we went astray, but He found us – live in freedom and glory for Him! 🌟
