“Do not stir up trouble in your heart. You believe in God, and in Me believe.” 🕊️ (Jn 14:1)

This soothing verse from the Gospel of John is the words of Christ Himself, spoken to the disciples in their moment of fear and uncertainty – just before His passion! ✨ It places special emphasis on the first part: “Do not stir up trouble in your heart” – this is not a suggestion, but a direct command, ordering us to actively protect the heart from turmoil, fear, or doubts.

😌 Yeshu calls us not to allow anxiety to take root in our hearts, because He knows that the world is full of storms that can overwhelm us. But He does not leave us without help – the second part points to the solution: “You believe in God, and in Me believe.” Faith in God the Father and in Yeshu Christ is the key to peace; by trusting Them, we lean on Their sovereignty, promises, and love, which overcomes every fear (Jn 14:27). 💖 It is a faith that stabilizes the heart, reminding us that He is with us in every challenge!

In today’s world, full of stress, uncertainty, and information that sows confusion, these words are like a balm – a command to guard the heart, and a prescription on how to do it through faith. 👀
