Β
“Then He sat down and called the twelve: If anyone wants to be first, let him become the last and the servant of all.” π (Mk 9:35)
This verse is a revolutionary lesson in humility from Yeshu β in response to the disciples’ dispute about greatness, He sits down like a teacher and reverses human logic: true primacy comes through service, not dominance! π Do you want to be “first”? Become the last, the servant of all β this is the way of Christ, who served, washed feet, and gave His life (Mk 10:45). In today’s world of chasing status, these words call for a redefinition of success: greatness is measured by humble service, not position. π By serving others, we imitate Yeshu and build the Kingdom of God!
**Reflection for today:** Consider in what areas you can become a “servant of all” today β at work, in the family, or among friends? π€ Ask God for a humble heart β this is the path to true greatness and blessing! π Remember, in the eyes of God the last shall be first (Mt 20:16) β service exalts! β€οΈ
