“God did not send the Son for the purpose of judging the world, but He sent Him with the mission of saving the world.” (John 3:17)
Today’s Word is simple, but it puts everything in order: God the Father sent Yeshu not in order to judge man, but to save him. And when you look at the whole history of Christ from the beginning, you see that this saving was not only a slogan — it is God’s plan.
Look at how God acted from the very entrance of Yeshu into the world. An angel came with a command from God the Father to Mariam and to Josef. What is important: it was the only command — sent by God’s will. The angel did not leave them in uncertainty, but passed on an instruction that made sense, because it concerned the mission of Christ.
What command was given to them? The Child was to receive the name that God the Father Himself chose for Him. This is the only command! Also important is the way in which this name was passed on. The angel told them what they were to do. The pronunciation of this name is the most important. It is our connection with Christ. The angel also says why such a name: “because He will save His people from their sins.” This is a clue that reveals the weight of This name; it literally means “Savior.”
Why is phonetics so important? We find the answer in the Letter to the Romans 10:13:
“Everyone indeed who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.”
The condition for attaining salvation is calling upon the NAME, given to Christ by God the Father. And here is how much this NAME means:
Philippians 2:9-11:
“Therefore God also highly exalted Him and gave Him the name which is above every name; so that at the name of Yeshu every knee should bow, in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. And every tongue should confess that the Anointed One Yeshu is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
Reflection for today:
Does God’s will matter to you? Do you respect His will and recognize the saving power of the name of Christ Yeshu, with which God the Father Himself endowed Him? Since the name Yeshu is so important for your salvation, satan will do everything to replace this name.
Take the first step today by rejecting the worldly ideology where people call Christ whatever they want, under the pretext of changing language. Remember: the pronunciation of Christ’s name is Yeshu, in every language, and only it has the power of Salvation. Today receive into yourself the will of God the Father and begin to call upon the name Yeshu.
